weekend with ryan

i finished my weekend errands today past 1pm. so i decided to watch ryan gosling's flick called 'half nelson.' it was ok, i was not able to understand the movie though since it was dubbed in french. i even downloaded english subtitle but it wasn't helpful since the subtitle didn't sync with the scenes. i thought, i was better off without the subtitle, i just love ryan gosling lol.

just a trivia, he's rumoured that he underwent rhinoplastic surgery. i couldn't tell if it was true or not but hey he's hot. he looked even better in the movie 'fracture.' anyways, 'nuff of this whole ryan gosling stuff. what can i say? he's really adorable.

loving the morning shift

i was really busy today. i got up in the morning home alone since my sister has work today. there was a downpour last night again and for all i knew when i looked out of the window it's already flooded outside. good thing i no longer work night shift thank God. that's what i HATE about working in the evening, that's when the rain pours and all he hassles. damn. i 'm not saying it's not a big hassle during the day, it's just that you feel safe in broad daylight even if it rains really hard.

yesterday was payday so i treated my sister for pizza, as usual. that's our happiness during the weekend. just have pizza and some iced tea. nothing more better than that. i love weekend. i love working day shift. we just got our actual work id's and the guard told me that i look chinese on my photo id. really? well, that wasn't the first time anyways. i'm overjoyed, i got a sweet complement yesterday and my ears clapped. whatever. simple things in life sometimes just makes us happy ;)

busy today. i went out earlier and checked out this vintage shop a jeepney ride and few walks away from our flat. i got myself 6 tees and this cute baby pink jacket plus this cute messenger bag. i love shopping regardless if it's cheap or not. something new fo myself just makes me happy. well, just a treat for myself for passing one of my assessments yesterday.

new workplace, new people. i love seeing new people. what i had for breakfast? a left over pizza from yesterday. loved it. i did my laundry today and pressed my clothes. weekend rocks really especially if you don't sleep you weekend away. i will never trade morning shift for anything else in this world. just practically cool. weekend...weekend!!!

new generation of guitar heroes

i have never been stunned by an 8 year old kid. hey he's awesome. i've seen his guitar riffs in youtube. i'm just speechless. c'mon play blues at a tender age of 8? though i find him a bit weird, maybe it's just his antics. maybe it's cuz he's a prodigy. hey, his name is Tallan Latz by the way. and if you think he's the only one...nope you're absolutely mistaken. here's another dude from Japan, Yuto Miyazawa. what's wrong with the kids today? i should literally say. promil kids maybe or just simply prodigies?

i'm so hooked listening to Morcheeba right now after my twin introduced me to the awesome group. she let me listen to this cut from morcheeba's dive deep album 'enjoy the ride.' i found it spiritual. i remember an old friend of mine who also love trip-hop (wherever he is right now, possibly back in illinois or whatever). i listen to few snippets off their 'dive deep' album and i'm currently loving it. more stuff about morcheeba, please do check out their myspace site http://www.myspace.com/morcheeba
