just a rundown. last thursday, my sister and i went to one of globe's business centers and bought this usb modem called 'tattoo' (formerly known as globe visibility). their prepaid kit is cheaper compared to smartbro's wireless usb: globe tattoo cost P1,895 whilst smartbro prepaid was P1,995.
i don't really need that usb modem that much since we have stable broadband subscription in our flat, we just bought it for the purpose of travelling. as expected, the speed was slow and will definitely eat up your time waiting to connect to the internet.
