start eating healthy..
i woke up before 8AM, and my mind's made up that i'll go boxing today. i just had about a cup of mixed fruits and one piece of banana. 10am-12nn:
20th boxing session. i used my spanking new black
boxing gloves. now i have my own and i don't have to borrow on from the gym.
2pm past: made my lunch/merienda:
chicken breast (sliced into chunks)
cubed apple, cucumber and some onion.
seasoned with brown sugar + vinegar
mixed together.
benefits of cucumber: good anti-oxidant and cures rheumatism plus contains very low calorie so very good for dieters!

i watched adam sandler and drew barrymore in the wedding singer. i know it's an old flick but heck i haven't watched it yet. the 80's fashion is just horrendous (like i wasn't born in the 80's lol).
dinner.
