bye summer! good riddance.

i'm just summer is over. not that i love rainy but the cold brought about by the rain thereafter is better than the muggy summer.

anyways, i just started my fiber diet last week. i'm beginning to lose my appetite for anything high on carbohydrate. it's true, based on what i've read, feeling bloated means you haven't had enough fiber in your body that's why you feel so heavy. this is just my second week dieting and i can say this whole fruit consumption thing is really doing me a lot of good so far. it's making me feel a li'l weak though due to lack of energy foods (carbohydrates) but i could carry on. i'm just doing myself a favor because i'm not getting any younger and my metabolism isn't as fast as it was when i was younger so i really need to watch what i eat before it's too late.

it's a whimsical movie top billed by christina ricci (penelope). the little girl born with a silver spoon however, a spell was cast upon her ancestors which unfortunately fireback on her. rumour has it, a curse was casted upon the affluent Wilhern family wherein the next girl born into the clan will have a face that resembles to a pig and the only way to break the curse is if someone of her kind accepts her for what she is. penelope's parents misunderstood the curse. they thought, the curse will only be broken if she marries a blue blood (someone from another wealthy clan). Penelope met Johnny Martin (James McAvoy) one day while in the process of finding a blue blood however, everyone who saw her took off and left scared as well except johnny. he was the only guy who treated liked penelope for who she is although he was just sent out on a mission, he gets paid to take a photo of penelope's snout to prove that she is a monster. fast forward: the cursed was broken because penelope realized that she love who she is and she's not willing to change anything about her. her snout then disappeared and in the end penelope and johnny fell in love. i seriously enjoyed watching this flick.
